- Lunch with my husband and daughter getting Indian take out.
- A free car wash.
- Hosting Christmas at my house with my husband, kids and their significant others, my mom, and siblings and family with no drama. Everyone seemed to have a great time together and that is pretty close to being a Christmas miracle.
- My mom’s Christmas gifts came in the mail in time for the party.
- My brother Luke and his family spent the night.
- The futon couch I ordered came just in time for my niece to sleep on it.
- Volunteer time.
- A date night at the community theater with our elderly friends Harv and Kate. They are in good health and we had a wonderful visit.
- Christmas lights, music, and trees.
- Eggnog
- Having a good visit with my mom.
- Playing gin rummy with my husband.
love this blog…I try to do 3 grateful for and log at least one random act of kindness a day…some days arn’t perfect, but there’s always 3 things…like even today…began with a funeral, but for an old friend that had an amazing life, and getting together with family and friends not seen for way too long is a good feeling thing

Thanks! I started this list when I was going through a hard time and wanted to be able to look back and see that things are not all bad. There is a lot to be grateful for and random acts of kindness are heart warming. Keep it up! š
